The following clinics are designed to practice everything from fundamentals to advanced techniques, all while creating a safe space to ride and meet new people. As with all of our clinics, everyone is welcome.

Beginner Skills for All Mountain Bike Clinic

New to mountain biking? This clinic is for you! Explore the ranges of motion that are possible on your bike. We will use drills to create better spatial awareness on our bike, explore bike/body separation, and improve your ability to dynamically maintain balance and stability on your bike.

Date: Wednesday, July 1, 2020
Time: 5:15pm-7:00pm
Cost: $45 per participant

Registration closes on Monday, June 29th, at 5:00pm. Pre-registration is required to help us ensure a 6:1 student-to-instructor ratio, as well as to inform all participants of required safety precautions. Drop-ins are not permitted.

Fundamentals & Cornering Mountain Bike Clinic & Yoga

This beginner clinic is designed for new riders or experienced riders with limited instruction. Riders will expand their ranges of motion on their bike to better dynamically maintain balance and stability on their bike. Additionally, riders will utilize bike/body separation to improve their technique in corners.

Time: 9:00am-12:30pm
Cost: $95 per participant

Just Cornering! Mountain Bike Clinic

Cornering is the most used and necessary skill of mountain biking. In this clinic designed for experienced/intermediate riders, explore different tactics and techniques to apply to all types of corners: flat to berms, slow to high speed, flow to tight switchbacks, etc. In less than 2 hours, you’ll be equipped with a variety of drills to practice at home.

Wheel Lifts Mountain Bike Clinic & Yoga

Unfortunately (and fortunately) not all trails are smooth. In this experienced/intermediate moutnain bike clinic, learn a variety of techniques for lifting your front and rear wheels. Mastering wheel lifts allows you to have better control of your suspension and is the foundation for learning jumps and drops.

Designed for beginner riders and experienced riders who’ve had limited coaching, this clinic begins with key fundamental movements, then moves on to a variety of techniques for lifting your front and rear wheels. Technical Terrain Skills Mountain Bike Clinic & Yoga

Struggling on rocky/steep terrain? This clinic is for you! To better attack technical terrain, we will introduce the following key skills: trackstands, ratcheting, roll down lunges and drops. These maneuvers will give you the confidence that you need in the trickiest of terrain. This clinic practices and teaches advanced skills and is suitable for riders who consider themselves intermedate/experienced.
