Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations made 5 or more days prior to the event start will receive a full refund or credit to use at another clinic, private lesson, rental, or in our retail store. Refunds must be used within the season of original purchase. 

  2. Cancellations 2-4 days prior to the event start will receive a 50% refund or credit to use towards another clinic, private lesson, or rental, or in our retail store. Refunds must be used within the season of original purchase. 

  3. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event start forfeit their enrollment and no refund or credit will be issued.

  4. If Tahoe XC needs to cancel a clinic for any reason then a full refund will be issued to participants.

  5. Participants may transfer their spot to another person, but must notify Tahoe XC at contact@tahoexc.org, or 530.583.5475, at least 24-hours in advance.
